Mrs Ernesta served for 27 years in diverse administrative roles, before settling in the Human Resources section, maintaining records and filing systems of Social Affairs Department.
Mr Tony Juliette was employed as a driver for 25 years. His responsibility involved not only driving social workers, but also ensuring their safety as often times they face risk of abuse and harassment when fulfilling their duties.
Both Mrs Ernesta and Mr Juliette are now enjoying their well-deserved retirement.
Minister Francourt praised their strong sense of professionalism and wished them well. They each received a token of gratitude.
The Principal Secretary for Social Affairs, Mrs Linda William-Melanie; Director for Social Services, Ms Beryl Laboudallon; and the Director for Human Resources and Administration, Mrs Corine Louis-Marie thanked both Mrs Ernesta & Mr Juliette for their hard work, strong ethics and compassion, which has left a lasting positive impact among colleagues.
